I am not the typical fitness pro with a seamless track record of 10+ years, always in top shape with abs year round. And that is exactly why I can support you the best, because I understand your struggles. I have been there and I know the challenges you are facing.


I began strength training at 16, but one event threw me off course at 19, leading to years of procrastination, alcohol abuse and plain laziness. I just wasn’t able to get back into training consistently.


At 27, these years of neglect had taken it’s toll. I was overweight, had no muscle and suffered from lack of energy. At this point I was truly fed up with my situation and I once again embraced nutrition and fitness, experimenting with low carb, keto, and fasting resulting in the shedding of 15 kg of body fat. I had yet to hit rock bottom, however..


Multiple failures led me to completely lose all confidence in myself. Determined to turn my life around, I went all in on the one thing I could always count on, fitness.


I firmly believe that a holistic approach to fitness - encompassing physical activity, nutrition, adequate sleep, and the right habits - serves as a comprehensive solution for addressing a multitude of health challenges and overall well-being.


This is why in 2023, I obtained my certification as a personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise, driven by a commitment to provide enhanced support throughout every step of your fitness journey.
